About us
Two decades of spice, rice, and hospitality.

Masha Allah Restaurant opened on Minneapolis's Cedar Avenue with a handful of tables, a single rice pot, and a recipe book older than any of us. The neighborhood took us in, and we've been feeding it ever since.
Every dish on our menu carries weight from somewhere — the xawaash spice blend toasted each morning, the basmati rinsed three times by hand, the goat marinated overnight in lemon and cardamom. None of it is fast. All of it is worth waiting for.
Today, our second location continues the same tradition. Different zip code, same kitchen philosophy: cook like you're feeding family, because you are.
